The present invention relates to a GS1-based operation system for a farm processing center and a method for the same. Specifically, a farm user terminal (10) and a center management terminal (20) are connected to the GS1-based operation system (30) for a farm processing center via a network. The operation system (30) for a farm processing center is connected to a GS1 cloud server (40), a history management server (50), and a direct sale store POS server (60) via the network. The operation system for a farm processing center includes: an education business operation management server (32) performing an education business operation management work process and regular and occasional education work processes; a product licensing management server (34) performing a product licensing management work process; a farm processing center management server (36) performing a farm processing center management work process; and a farm account balancing management server (38) performing a farm account balancing work process. The GS1-based operation system for a farm processing center can maximize reliability of a product by using a processing history of processed food and licensing information.
