The present invention relates to a method for producing a bubble cleanser cosmetic composition for lip exfoliation, which ensures high stability and low harmfulness compared to synthetic polymeric substances by using a natural polymeric substance. Compared to other natural polymeric substances, more stable gelling is possible in terms of severe condition and stability in bubble-collection formulations, while securing outstanding lip cleansing functions and excellent moisturizing functions after the exfoliation.
