According to various embodiments of the present invention, an emergency rescue system using a drone comprises: a drone input to an emergency site where a patient is made to deliver an emergency product wherein the drone has a camera to collect and transmit information on the emergency site; and a command unit configured to monitor the drone and control the emergency site while communicating with a site agent in the emergency site through the drone, thereby quickly coping with an emergency situation.
