The present invention relates to a molder for a welded joint in a new pipe, and a method for rehabilitating a superannuated pipe using the same. The molder is installed in the inner center of a new pipe coated with nano hybrid composite resin paints so as to rapidly and accurately correct a difference (the difference caused in the width direction or the radial direction due to the difference of the seismic center) of the new pipe to be joined and a root gap (in the axial direction indicating a root groove distance as primary welding).
