The present invention relates to a peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probe for discriminating quinolone-based antibiotic-resistant bacteria, and a method for discriminating quinolone-based antibiotic-resistant bacteria using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for discriminating quinolone-based antibiotic-resistant bacteria at a melting temperature by undergoing a melting curve analysis which is conducted by the following steps: selecting a quinolone-based antibiotic-resistant gene marker derived from vibrio, streptococcus, or Edwardsiella; amplifying the same; hybridizing PNA which specifically recognizes amplified products; and acquiring a melting curve for each temperature through temperature regulation in the hybridized product. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily, quickly, and accurately discriminate resistance to quinolone-based antibiotics in the vibrio, streptococcus, or Edwardsiella, thereby being useful for reducing damage due to vibriosis, streptococcosis, or edwardsiellosis which are contagious disease in aquatic animals caused by vibrio, streptococcus, or Edwardsiella.
