The present invention relates to a method for pulverizing grains into powder using a cryogenic micro grinding technology (CMGT), thereby improving the nutrient retention rate and the body digestibility of the grains. The method includes: a step of immersing one grain selected from the group consisting of germinated brown rice, black beans, and a germinated grain and vegetable mixture in water at 2 to 4°Cfor 100 to 150 minutes; a step of freezing and pulverizing the immersed grain at a temperature of -80 to -50°C to an average particle size of 5 to 30 μm; and a step of freeze-drying the pulverized grain at -80 to -20°C.
