The present invention relates to a system for rapidly excluding slag capable of stably and efficiently eliminating the slag in a short time from an upright state without tilting a ladle, and comprises: a strut assembly fixed and rotating in a working position to exclude the slag in the ladle; a moving assembly installed on the strut assembly and moving up and down along a rail; a moving arm connected to an end of the moving assembly; and an exclusion assembly mounted on the moving arm to allow removal of the slag in the ladle.
