TRAY SHUTTLE AND TRAY STOCKER APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a tray transporter with high spatial utilization efficiency and a tray stocker apparatus including the same. According to the present invention, the tray transporter is configured to move along an installed rail, the rail includes an indication panel to indicate a stop position, and the display panel includes a sensor reflection plate. The tray transporter comprises a roller driving unit to operate a roller and an optical sensor unit to detect the stop position from the sensor reflection plate of the indication panel attached to the rail. The optical sensor unit comprises first and second optical sensors, and an optical signal control unit. The first and second optical sensors comprise: a light emitting unit to emit light; and a light receiving unit to receive the light emitted from the light emitting unit and reflected from the sensor reflection plate. When both of the lights emitted from the first and second optical sensors are reflected from the sensor reflection plate of the rail and are inputted to the light receiving unit, the optical signal control unit outputs a stop signal to the roller driving unit. Moreover, the tray stoker apparatus inputting and outputting a tray comprises: left and right tray racks spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval, wherein a plurality of tray storage parts are installed on each layer; left and right rotary elevation plates disposed on the front side of the left and right racks; left and right transport conveyors disposed on the front side of the left and right rotary elevation plates, and transporting the tray; and a tray transporter moving between the left and right racks. Moreover, left and right rails are installed between the left and right tray racks of each layer, and the left and right rotary elevation plates, and the tray transporter move along the left and right rails.
