The present invention relates to an adaptive side lobe cancelling method of a fully digital active array radar which comprises the following steps of: calculating a covariance matrix by using a side lobe cancelling beam; calculating a correlation matrix between a main beam and a side lobe cancelling beam generated from a target; calculating an adaptive side lobe cancelling beam forming coefficient from the covariance matrix and the correlation matrix; and performing a multiple operation of the adaptive side lobe cancelling beam forming coefficient and a received jamming signal and extracting a final beam signal from which a final jamming signal is removed through a difference between the jamming signal and a finally received multi-beam signal.
