The present invention relates to a transparent flood wall with a function of preventing bird collisions which prevents birds from colliding with a transparent flood wall of a transparent material, and easily adjusts a horizontal level when constructing the transparent flood wall to improve constructability and increase perfection of construction. The transparent flood wall with a function of preventing bird collisions comprises: a transparent flood wall including a transparent water blocking unit; a sculpture of a bird shape arranged on an upper side or a side of the transparent flood wall; one or more sculpture connection members made of a flexible material, coupled to the transparent flood wall at one side thereof, and connected to a sculpture at the other side thereof; and a sound generation means positioned on any one among the transparent flood wall and the sculpture or formed on both of the transparent flood wall and the sculpture to generate a sound. The sculpture of a bird shape is formed on the transparent flood wall to prevent birds from colliding with the transparent flood wall. The sculpture is connected by the sculpture connection members made of a flexible material to allow the sculpture to move when a wind blows. The sound generation means is formed to prevent birds from colliding with the transparent flood wall. When constructing the transparent flood wall, construction can be easily performed even if foundation concrete is not horizontally leveled, and constructability can be improved.
