The present invention relates to a fire-fighting facility control device installed in an apartment house. More specifically, the present invention allows a sensing unit to be simply and easily installed, and enables a power supply state from a battery to the sensing unit to be easily checked so that the battery can be checked quickly according to a power supply cut-off state, and therefore, control of a fire-fighting facility can be stably performed.
