Disclosed are a method and a system for clinical efficacy evaluation of an artificial intelligence based medical device. The system for clinical efficacy evaluation includes: a diagnostic result receiving unit for receiving diagnostic results on arbitrary clinical data from a plurality of specialists and an artificial intelligence based medical device; a match degree calculation unit for calculating a match degree between the received diagnostic results; a statistical value derivation unit for deriving a predetermined statistical value based on the calculated match degree; and a comparison testing unit for performing a comparison test on the artificial intelligence based medical device using the derived statistical value.
