The present invention relates to a composition for treating skin diseases caused by human papilloma virus infection. More particularly, the present invention relates to a composition for treating skin diseases caused by human papilloma virus including a mixed extract of Coicis semen, Portulaca oleracea, Betula platyphylla, and Poria cocos. The composition of the present invention is derived from a natural product, and is clinically confirmed to be safe, have no side effects and high therapeutic activity, thereby being useful for a composition for treatment.
