The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for alleviating or treating intestinal injury by irradiation. The composition of the present invention can be effectively applied to high dose radiation exposure victims who were unable to apply bone marrow transplantation due to acute gastrointestinal syndrome and can be synergistic in the recovery of acute gastrointestinal syndrome by administration of bFGF after bone marrow transplantation. In addition, the composition of the present invention enables the bone marrow transplantation strategy to be applied even after acute gastrointestinal syndrome has occurred.
