The present invention relates to a soap composition for manufacturing natural soaps containing kenaf and white clay and a method for manufacturing natural soaps using the same. More specifically, the toxicity of caustic soda (NaOH) is removed before saponification by using a fermentation liquid rather than removing the toxicity of caustic soda by aging the soap. Therefore, the toxicity removal efficiency is excellent to cause no skin troubles. Above all, the soap raw material is not needed to be heated during saponification so that economic, scale, and functional production is possible. Anti-aging, anti-inflammation and whitening effects can be enhanced through the character expression of the kenaf and white clay.
