Provided is a puffed cereal snack with improved probiotics in the intestine and to a manufacturing method thereof. The method for manufacturing the puffed cereal snack was established, wherein the puffed cereal snack according to the present invention can remarkably increase the absorption rate of the dietary fibers and active ingredients in the body to effectively enhance the growth of beneficial microorganisms in the intestines, and enhance the palatability and active ingredient content. The puffed cereal snack manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention is a prebiotic substance which promotes the growth of the probiotics, a beneficial microorganism such as Bifidobacterium, and when ingested, intestinal infections caused by pathogenic bacteria can be prevented, the balance of intestinal flora can be maintained, and excellent effects such as inhibition of cancer, reduction of cholesterol, immunity enhancement and the like are obtained to be usefully used.
