The present invention relates to a method to predict a remaining life of a tool using vibration characteristic analysis, capable of replacing a bad tool in advance. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method to predict a remaining life of a tool comprises: a step (A) of receiving a process signal from a machine tool controller (400), and allowing a control module (500) to identify a selected tool; a step (B) of allowing the control module (500) to acquire vibration data from a data acquisition device (300); a step (C) of allowing the control module (500) to uses the vibration data to evaluate the amount of vibration or a vibration frequency; a step (D) of allowing the control module (500) to predict a remaining life of the tool; a step (E) of allowing the control module (500) to display a tool state through a display device (600) and a replacement period of the tool in accordance with the expected tool life; and a step (F) of allowing the control module (500) to display a checking item of a worker for ordering a new tool for tool replacement through the display device (600).
