The present invention relates to a method for fastening spikes to a golf shoe outsole using non-foam low specific gravity rubber, in which fastening holes through which the spikes can be fastened to an outsole are freely selected according to foot size or body structure and the spikes are fastened according to the fastening position and the amount of spikes according to the body condition to reduce foot fatigue and enable a user to play golf in a stable posture, and to a golf shoe. The golf shoe comprises: an outsole (100) forming an outermost floor of the golf shoes and having a plurality of fastening holes; a plurality of spikes (300) fastened to the fastening holes of the outsole; and a midsole (500) fastened to an upper part of the outsole to which the spikes are fastened.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
