The present invention relates to a chinese medicine for treating hyperostosis, which are manufactured by following material components: 20-30 parts by weight of a sheep bone; 10-20 parts by weight of Hippophae rhamnoides; 10-20 parts by weight of Schisandra chinensis; 5-10 parts by weight of Trogopterus Faeces; 5-10 parts by weight of Osteostracans; 4-8 parts by weight of Poria cocos; and 3-9 parts by weight of Schizonepeta tenuifolia.
