The present invention relates to a composition for forming an eco-friendly polyurethane foam with an improved storage stability and antioxidant properties, and a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam. To be specifically, the present invention relates to: an isocyanate prepolymer, manufactured by a reaction of a certain content of an anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol and a compound of a polyol component containing a bio-polyol besides the anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol and polyisocyanate; an eco-friendly polyurethane foam with the improved storage stability and the antioxidant properties by containing the same as one component; a method for manufacturing the polyurethane foam by using the same; and an eco-friendly polyurethane foam manufactured thereby.
