The present invention relates to a composition for forming an eco-friendly polyurethane foam with an improved storage stability and antioxidant properties, and thus a method for manufacturing a polyurethane foam. To be specifically, the present invention relates to: an isocyanate prepolymer, manufactured by a reaction of a polyisocyanatea component and a polyol component containing an anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol, preferably, bio-polyol in addition to an anhydrosugar alcohol-alkylene glycol; the eco-friendly polyurethane foam with the improved storage stability and antioxidant properties by containing the isocyanate prepolymer as one component; the method for manufacturing the polyurethane foam by using the same; and the eco-friendly polyurethane foam manufactured thereby.
