The present invention relates to a method of analyzing Alzheimer′s biomarker micro RNA ID through the statistical correction of expression genes, and a biomarker derived therefrom, and a medicine. More specifically, in preparation for miRNA overexpressed to improve miRNA analysis, the miRNA is relatively accurately analyzed through statistical correction which calculates the ratio of miRNA overexpressed in common with an amyloid precursor protein (APP), and thus, Alzheimer biomarker micro RNA ID is analyzed through data mining of the miRNA for predicting the expression of Alzheimer′s. Moreover, provided is an Alzheimer′s biomarker of miRNA ID derived through the Alzheimer′s biomarker miRNA ID analysis using the statistical correction of expression genes.
