3D Food 3D Printing System and Food printing method using it

The present invention relates to a 3D food printing system which converts images to G-code data to print out food products without scanning. The 3D food printing system includes: a terminal which generates image data after receiving images of food products to be output; a main server which is linked to the terminal to convert the image data to G-code data; and a 3D food printer which receives the G-code data from the main server to print out the food products. A method for printing the food products by using the 3D food printing system includes the steps of: (a) receiving images to the terminal and generating the image data; (b) enabling the terminal to transmit the generated image data to the main server; (c) enabling the main server to receive the image data from the terminal and recognizing the behavior patterns of the received image data to generate behavior pattern information; (d) enabling the main server to convert the generated behavior pattern information to vector graphics; (e) enabling the main server to convert the converted vector graphics to G-code data and transmit the converted G-code data to the terminal; (f) enabling the terminal to receive the G-code data and an output request to transmit the output request to the main server; (g) enabling the main server to receive the output request and transmit the G-code data to the 3D food printer; and (h) enabling the 3D food printer to receive the G-code data and printing the food products in accordance with the G-code data.
