According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for waterproofing an edge of an rooftop wall, the method comprising the steps of: (a) pre-treating a bottom surface and a wall of a rooftop to form a pretreated bottom surface (40) and a wall body (41); (b) applying a urethane primer (30) to the edge of the pretreated bottom surface (40) and wall body (41) of the step (a); (c) applying a urethane sealant (20) to the edge coated with the urethane primer (30) of the step (b); and (d) attaching a high elastic reinforcing tape (10) to the edge coated with the urethane sealant (20) of the step (c). In the case of an edge waterproof structure constructed by the method of the present invention, a crack may be prevented from being generated at an edge which is a boundary between a rooftop wall and a bottom surface in a process in which the length and width of the bottom surface are increased and decreased due to a periodic temperature change.
