Disclosed is a photothermic source of a fluid pumping device operated by self-photovoltaic power generation. A photovoltaic power generator of which a photothermic source device self-converts light energy into electric energy, and a fluid pumping device which is operated by electric energy of the photovoltaic power generator, are installed in a light projection space of the photothermic source device which is positioned at a place adjacent to each other, and which self-generates light energy and heat energy. Therefore, fluid in a gas form or in a liquid form is pumped, thereby delivering heat energy to a part of or all of the three of the photothermic source device itself, a heat diffusion device arranged at the photothermic source device, and a space to which heat is applied by the photothermic source device.
