The present invention includes a composition comprising at least one chimeric allogenic antigen receptor (CALLAR) specific for a homologous antibody, a vector comprising the same, a composition comprising a CALLAR vector packaged in viral particles, and a recombinant T cell comprising CALLAR do. The invention also includes a method of producing a transgenic T cell that expresses CALLAR, wherein the expressed CALLAR comprises the Factor VIII or fragment thereof in an extracellular domain.
