The present invention replaces local heat of reaction, caused by deprotonation and nucleophilic substitution during a manufacturing process of an intermediate compound, used for synthesizing a phosphonate nucleoside based compound as a therapeutic agent for hepatitis B, using an existing batch process with a continuous process which is able to heat control in real time. Therefore, the present invention reduces a response time and provides a yield improving effect of a target compound.
