The present invention relates to a skid steer loader which is an agricultural heavy apparatus utilized to scoop soil, sand, and the like to move or accumulate the same on another place. Coupled are a hydraulic pump for driving and two hydraulic motors which use a battery as a power source, and which are connectively controlled by a control box. Therefore, an electric and hydraulic composite driving mechanism in a new form is implemented so as to supply power respectively to a wheel at left and right sides and to a work tool. In consequence, rapid responsiveness is obtained when manipulating a joystick, and strong output and power are maintained using hydraulic pressure, and production costs are vastly reduced, thereby obtaining an economic advantage.
