The present invention relates to a chiller unit and a chiller system including the same. A chiller unit according to the present invention includes a first compressor, a second compressor, an evaporator, and a condenser. The condenser includes: a condenser main body having a predetermined internal space; a partition wall for partitioning an inner space of the condenser main body; a first condensing plate and a second condensing plate coupled to both ends of the condenser main body; a first condenser defined by the first condenser plate, the partition wall and the condenser main body; and a second condenser defined by the second condenser plate, the partition wall and the condenser may body, wherein the refrigerant compressed by the first compressor flows into the first condenser, and the refrigerant compressed by the second compressor flows into the second condenser.
