The present invention relates to a method for effectively screening and preventing the therapeutic agents of an intractable inflammatory disease by using an autophagic marker. More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for effectively screening or preventing the therapeutic agents of an intractable inflammatory disease includes a step (A) of preparing a mononuclear cell generated by partially knocking out an autophagic related gene; a step (B) of treating the mononuclear cell with a test substance; a step (C) of treating an inflammatory causing agent before or after the step (B); and a step (D) of comparing the expression level of proinflammatory cytokine due to the test substance by comparing a control group not treated with the test substance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
