The present invention relates to a roly poly spoon which is erected when eating food. When soup flows down, the soup is fallen into a hole in an intermediate portion not to be further flowing down to a cap. When the cap is closed after washing the roly poly spoon, water flows down such that the roly poly spoon dries more quickly.
