The present invention relates to a lottery service system using an online game and a lottery service method thereof which increase a jackpot according to the number of times of saved wins when a lottery purchaser connects to a lottery site online, purchases a lottery, and plays a game provided by the lottery site to save the number of times of wins, and enable the lottery purchaser to receive the jackpot at a desired time. According to the present invention, the lottery service system (1) using an online game includes: a lottery server (1) which has a lottery service unit (100) selling lotteries online, distributing a game for winning of a lottery, collecting information on victory and defeat of the lottery purchaser to save and store the number of times of wins, and providing a jackpot set to the lottery to the lottery purchaser when the lottery purchaser chooses to receive the jackpot; and a lottery purchaser terminal (6) enabling a user to connect to the lottery server (1) and purchase a lottery, executing the game provided by the lottery server such that the lottery purchaser plays the game, setting, as winning or non-winning, whether the lottery purchaser wins or loses the game after the execution of the game and transmitting the results to the lottery server to accumulate and calculate the number of times of wins of the lottery purchaser and a jackpot according to the wins.
