The present invention relates to a switchgear (high-pressure panel, low-pressure panel, motor control panel, and distribution panel) having a seismic isolation device using a plate spring, which has a simple structure to be easily manufactured, and can effectively absorb seismic and life vibrations that act in the vertical and horizontal directions. To this end, according to the switchgear having a seismic isolation device using a plate spring of the present invention, the seismic isolation device comprises: a lower body including a body portion which has a partition plate vertically partitioning an accommodation space while having the accommodation space of a predetermined size formed therein, and a plurality of fixing portions which are provided on a lower outer surface of the body portion; an upper body provided on an upper portion of the lower body and having a guide portion which is inserted into an upper side of the accommodation space at a predetermined depth with respect to the partition plate; an elastic spring of a predetermined diameter positioned between an upper surface of the partition plate and the bottom surface of the upper body; a plate spring assembly provided in an upper side of the accommodation space with respect to the partition plate in order to elastically support an outer surface of the guide portion radially; a ball support unit in a ring shape provided between the elastic spring and the upper body; and a fastening member including a fixing plate which is provided in a lower side of the accommodation space with respect to the partition plate, a connection bolt which is provided to pass through the guide portion and the fixing plate, and a connection nut which is assembled to the connection bolt.
