According to the present invention, a method of cultivating Cordyceps militaris comprises: a step of injecting a Cordyceps militaris bacillus or a Cordyceps nutans bacillus into a liquid medium, a solid medium, or a worm to obtain a mycelium; and a step of culturing the obtained mycelium in a solid medium or a worm to form a fruit body. The solid medium for forming the fruit body comprises corn and a liquid medium or comprises rice, cocoon pupae, and a liquid medium, and has a water content of 50-70%, a relative humidity of 80-95%, an atmospheric temperature of 15-25°C, and a luminous intensity of 700-1,200 lux. The liquid medium for obtaining the mycelium comprises MgSO_4·7H_2O, KH_2PO_4, K_2HPO_4, a yeast extract, peptone, and dextrose or comprises a yeast extract, dextrose, ebiose, and hyponex. The solid medium for obtaining the mycelium comprises at least one selected from a group consisting of rice, potato, corn, and cocoon pupae and a liquid medium.
