The present invention relates to a method for preparing a magnesium alloy with dual layered coating of fluorine and biopolymer. It was confirmed that MgF_2 / PCL double coating has improved corrosion resistance, and has an excellent cell viability, cell adhesion and proliferation rate compared to fluorine coated samples and uncoated Mg samples. The magnesium alloy with a MgF_2 / PCL double coated layer formed can be used as a bone grafting implant because the magnesium alloy has excellent biocompatibility while controlling corrosion degradation of a conventional Mg alloy for orthopedic surgery. The present invention comprises the following steps: polishing a surface of the magnesium alloy; producing a fluorine coating layer on the magnesium alloy; and forming a biopolymer layer.
