The present invention relates to a method for arranging microparticles on a large substrate and a polymer composite manufactured by the same. The method for arranging microparticles on a large substrate comprises: (a) a step of providing a substrate; (b) a step of coating a mixture including a photocurable polymer precursor on the substrate to form a coating layer; (c) a step of placing a mask having a patterned empty space and a filled portion on the coating layer and emitting light to cure the coating layer by light; (d) a step of washing the photocured coating layer to manufacture a patterned polymer film including air gaps formed by embossing and engraving and support units between the air gaps; and (e) a step of arranging microparticles on a large substrate by positioning microparticles in the air gaps of the patterned polymer film to manufacture a polymer composite where microparticles are positioned in the air gaps. According to the present invention, a large quantity of microparticles can be simply and quickly arranged on desired positions of a large substrate.
