A microfluidic device comprises a first inlet through which a first sample including a cell-free genome material is introduced, a second inlet through which a second sample including fine magnetic beads is introduced, a curved channel through which the first and second samples introduced from the first inlet and the second inlet form a mixed sample and are deflected on at least one point, at least one micro pillar sector formed on the curved channel and having a plurality of micro pillars formed therein, and a magnetic collection unit facing the first and second inlets and collecting fine magnetic beads from the mixed sample having passed through the curved channel by having the other end connected to the curved channel. According to the present invention, first mixing is performed by generating movement in a centrifugal force or centripetal force in a mixed sample while passing through the curved channel, and second mixing of the mixed sample is performed by the micro pillars while passing through the micro pillar sector. The direction of the first mixing may be reversed while passing through an inflection point in the curved channel.
