Provided are a business support method based on groupware and a recording medium which are capable of solving a cost problem. According to an aspect of the present invention, the business support method based on groupware linked with a shopping mall comprises the steps of: checking purchase information in accordance with a purchase request of a first user on a product supplied from the shopping mall; checking information on at least one of second users related to the first user for the purchase request; generating purchase information including the information on the first user and at least one of the second users; and providing the generated purchase information to the first user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
