The present invention relates to a heat absorption and heat dissipation apparatus for reversely transferring a fluid having a temperature difference by multiple pipes, wherein heat can be absorbed into or discharged from an object or a space in which heat discharged or absorbed by transferring the fluid having a temperature difference in the reverse direction from the same side of a first fluid pipe and a second fluid pipe disposed parallel or sub-parallel to each other is passively received.
