The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing gastric cancer and a method for diagnosing gastric cancer using the composition. Specifically, the composition for diagnosing gastric cancer of the present invention makes it possible to treat gastric cancer early by early diagnosis thereof by checking an expression amount of a specific protein in a body fluid, which can be used to improve a survival rate of gastric cancer patients. The composition comprises a detection reagent specifically bound to biomarkers consisting of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), transthyretin (TTR), apolipoprotein A1 (apoA1), regulated on activation, normal T cell expressed and secreted (RANTES), leucine-rich alpha-2-glycoprotein 1 (LRG1) and D-dimer.
