Disclosed are an LED lighting apparatus having a noise sensor measuring noise between floors and a LED lighting system have the same. The LED lighting apparatus comprises: a light source unit provided inside a building and radiating lighting; a power supply unit supplying power to the light source unit; a noise sensor provided in the light source unit or the power supply unit and measuring the noise transferred to a wall of the building; an external communication unit provided in the power supply unit and communicating noise information measured from the noise sensor with a control server provided in an external place of mediating the noise between floors; and a control unit controlling the external communication unit to transmit. Also, the LED lighting system comprises: an LED lighting apparatus; a control server including a control communication unit receiving the noise information measured from the LED lighting apparatus and transmitting, to a user terminal, corresponding information corresponding to the noise information; and a database having the corresponding information and providing the corresponding information to the control server.
