A boiler operating system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an engine room fan supplying air to an engine room accommodating an engine; a boiler generating steam which is to be supplied to a source of demand for steam within a vessel by combusting fuel by using air; and an air delivery unit which delivers at least a part of the air supplied from the engine room fan to the engine room towards the boiler.
