According to an embodiment of the present invention, a piezoelectric ultrasonic conversion device comprises: a receiving unit receiving ultrasonic waves; and a plurality of transmitting units separated from the receiving unit, having a plane shape to be arranged around the receiving unit, and transmitting the ultrasonic waves. The receiving unit includes at least one of a configuration or a material having higher ultrasonic receiving power than the transmitting unit. The transmitting unit includes at least one of a configuration or a material having higher ultrasonic transmitting power than the receiving unit. The receiving unit includes: a first piezoelectric member; and a plurality of first electrodes arranged in a matrix in at least one of an upper portion and a lower portion of the first piezoelectric member. The transmitting unit includes: a second piezoelectric member; and a second electrode arranged at least one of an upper portion, a lower portion, or an intermediate portion of the second piezoelectric member. Embodiments of the present invention provide a piezoelectric ultrasonic conversion device, a biometric information measurement device having the same, and a display device having the same, which have excellent receiving power and transmitting power.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
