The present invention relates to an activated three-dimensional carbon network structure capable of realizing a high specific surface area and high capacitance, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrode including the same. The activated three-dimensional carbon network structure of the present invention comprises: a plurality of nodes; and a fiber for connecting adjacent nodes, wherein the nodes and the fiber include nanopores.
