According to an embodiment of the present invention, an IoT smart home/ smart building automation service for energy saving and power saving by a crowd service is disclosed. An IoT smart home/ smart building automation service in the present invention, in order to minimize waste power, completely blocks a network standby power which is a power consumed when connected device wait to transceive data and standby power of connected devices, finds operating conditions that match usage patterns of air-conditioning equipment, or the like, cuts off a power supply according to the control rule when a control condition is satisfied, and automatically provides the power supply when the condition is not satisfied. Also, the IoT smart home/smart building automation system reduces the power consumption devices that do not shut off the power supply (refrigerator, bidet, electric range, etc.) by cutting off the power supply when the control condition is satisfied, and resupplying when the control condition is not satisfied for efficiently controlling energy by automatically controlling the devices in search of an optimum control condition.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
