The present invention relates to a loess block for moxibustion treatment. An object of the present invention is to provide a loess block for moxibustion treatment for heating a block made of a loess material to a certain temperature and then transferring heat by the block as a medium to a wet sheet placed on an affected area to obtain moxibustion treatment effect without burning mugwort. To this end, the loess block for moxibustion treatment according to the present invention is made of a rectangular parallelepiped shape including the loess material. A plurality of magnetic bodies having different polarities are embedded and provided on one surface thereof. The heat is transferred to the wet sheet for moxibustion treatment in a state in which the block is selectively heated to reach a certain temperature.
