Disclosed is a Y-catheter for performing a cerebrovascular disease procedure. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the Y-catheter for performing a cerebrovascular disease procedure, capable of treating a cerebrovascular disease in the reverse direction from the catheter′s moving direction. According to the present invention, the Y-catheter for performing a cerebrovascular disease procedure includes: a sheath capable of being inserted into the blood vessel; and a catheter for a procedure, capable of performing the procedure by moving to the blood vessel to be operated on through the sheath. The sheath includes: a large diameter tube unit having a diameter enabling the catheter for a procedure to move inside; a branch unit integrally formed with the large diameter tube unit, wherein the catheter for a procedure branches; a small diameter tube unit integrally formed with the branch unit and having a diameter smaller than the larger diameter tube unit; and a direction control unit integrally formed with the small diameter tube unit by being bent at a predetermined angle. A catheter entrance hole is formed on one side of the branch unit, allowing the catheter for a procedure to go therethrough.
