Disclosed is a biodegradable, biocompatible kagome structure cage for spinal fusion with improved mechanical rigidity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the spine fusion cage used in a spinal fusion surgery includes a repetitive cell structure in which a plurality of unit layers, wherein a plurality of unit cells are repeatedly connected on a two-dimensional plane, are stacked, and the repetitive cell structure may be the kagome structure having pores.
