The present invention relates to a functional flower stalk insertion pipe having an installation device of a flower stalk insertion pipe and an attachment device of the flower stalk insertion pipe. The functional flower stalk insertion pipe has a rubber magnet on one side and is simply and strongly fixed to a flower decoration frame by the magnet′s attractive force. Also, the functional flower stalk insertion pipe has a flower stalk insertion device and a flower stalk support device, and the rubber magnet is attached to one side of the flower stalk insertion device and the flower stalk support device. So, the functional flower stalk insertion pipe enables a user to simply decorate by putting various kinds of flowers into the flower stalk insertion pipe by using a repulsive force of the magnet. According to the present invention, the functional flower stalk insertion pipe includes: a step of combining the attachment device of the flower stalk insertion pipe to a predetermined position of the flower decoration frame which the user desires by inserting a cable tie into a cable tie insertion groove of the attachment device of the flower stalk insertion pipe; a step of installing the flower stalk insertion pipe by connecting a rubber magnet band connection groove and a rubber magnet band connection protrusion by installing a rubber magnet band formed in the installation device of the flower stalk insertion pipe, on a rubber magnet band installation groove formed in the flower stalk insertion pipe; a step of installing an installation groove of the installation device of the flower stalk insertion pipe, which is formed in the installation device of the flower stalk insertion pipe, in an oval shape of the upper part of the attachment of the flower stalk insertion pipe; a step of inserting and connecting the flower stalk support device into an upper inlet of the flower stalk insertion pipe; and a step of inserting one side of a lower part of a flower which the user wants to decorate with, into the flower stalk insertion device and inserting one side of the lower part of the flower into a through hole formed in the flower stalk support device.
