According to one embodiment of the present invention, an ion sensor comprises: a stretchable substrate; a carbon nanotube channel placed on the stretchable substrate; a pair of electrodes placed to be spaced from each other on the stretchable substrate, and overlapped with the carbon nanotube channel; and an ion selective membrane placed in the electrodes, coming in contact with the carbon nanotube channel, and selectively detecting an ion.
